Imagine having a front-row seat to the best of the North Shore. This isn’t just another lot; it’s a rare chance to claim a significant 1.07-acre stretch of Lax Lake, featuring 100 feet of private, amazing shoreline. Comprised of three combined parcels, this property offers the kind of space and privacy that is becoming harder to find on one of the region’s most beloved inland lakes. The heavy lifting has already been done for you. With the previous trailer removed, you’re left with a beautifully cleared, level building site that’s ready for your vision. Whether you’re dreaming of a modern Scandinavian-inspired cabin or a classic North Shore retreat, this "clean slate" is waiting. A sturdy existing garage is already on-site, providing immediate utility for storing your boat, ATVs, and building materials as you break ground. Practicality meets potential here. The property includes an existing well, and since the old septic system has been removed, you have the freedom to design and install a brand-new system tailored specifically to your future home’s footprint. The location strikes the perfect balance between serenity and adventure. Lax Lake offers a peaceful, glass-like alternative to the unpredictable moods of Lake Superior, yet you’re only minutes away from the iconic trails of Tettegouche State Park and the convenient amenities of Silver Bay. With easy access to Highway 61, you are perfectly positioned to enjoy world-class hiking, fishing, and the quiet magic of the woods. Opportunities to own a full acre with private water frontage on Lax Lake don't come around often. Whether you’re looking for a seasonal escape or a year-round residence, this is where your North Shore story begins.
